    The correct answer is C.  They ignored over 450 objections and claimed the development is popular with local people.

    The correct answer is D, all of the above.  They called Brookmeadow Ward 'Meadow Brook' Ward!  Cllr Silver subsequently resigned from the Conservatives to become an independent and campaign against everything he supported for the past 4 years.
